Czechs, Germans, and Jews

The lives of Germans and Jews in Brno and the main locations connected to their presence in the city is the theme of this guided tour. The tour will start at Moravské náměstí, where the original German House once stood. You will walk along Rašínova Street and stop at Komenského náměstí to learn about the former German grammar school, the Red Church, and the Besední dům on Husova Street. The next stop will be at Petrov, and finally, we will reach the Church of St. Mary Magdalene on Masarykova Street.

The tour will be guided by Marie Schönová.
