The Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem is the head of both Israeli and Palestinian Christians. Where does he find his hope, and what are his aspirations?
In October 2023, Pierbattista Pizzaballa offered himself in exchange for Israeli hostages. He condemns acts of violence and advocates for a just and lasting peace in the Middle East. He also urges generous support for humanitarian aid in Gaza.
